Life is very simple. Our stories are all very complex but underlying them is a very simple equation. The story all depends upon and is generated through off and on, 0 and 1, Yin and Yang, binary code. Even DNA is a binary code.

The Chinese represent this process with a simple graphic, the Tai Chi, the binary code generated by yin and yang interacting with each other and generating new yins and yangs. Very sexy.

You can throw any story into it, deconstructing it down to its basic belief/intention, or you can throw any intentions into it, generating thoughts, feelings, emotions, attitudes, beliefs and imaginations. These are both the paint with which we create our story and the filters through which we experience it. We have been doing it so long that, just like riding a bicycle, it no longer requires conscious involvement.

You can just coast along on auto. Life does not really take any effort. Unless there is some part of it you don't like, appreciate or want to experience.

Then its time learn and use some of the wonderful spiritual and psychological techniques that are sprouting up in abundance as our whole earth transitions from dark to light. I have put together a stable of them that have worked for me and I offer them to you to experiment and play with.
